Fabian Anthony Forrest-Bell was born in 1894 & was commissioned in to the 4/5th Black Watch in 1917. He was severely wounded in France 30-3-1918. He returned to the UK & never fully recovered from his wounds. He died in a nursing home in Angus in 1947 aged only 53.
