Charles George Cranleigh Fisher-Brown was killed in action on Gallipoli 10-8-1915 age 20 & was serving with the 5th battalion at the time of his death. He went on to be awarded a posthumous M.I.D for services on Gallipoli by Hamilton in January 1916. He has no known grave but is commemorated on the Helles memorial & is recorded by the CWGC as the late son of Frederick William & Ellen Sophia Fisher-Brown of Cambridge House, Cambridge road, East Twickenham, Middlesex. He hag an image of himself in uniform published on the illustrated London news 8-3-1916 & a copy image is included with the medal along with research details.
