Vincent Maguire was born in Stoke on Trent 31-8-62 & enlisted in to the Royal Navy as a boy in 1878. He was awarded his LS&GC in 1900 & pensioned to shore later the same year.
GVF with minor contact marks, dark toned with short lengths of the original silk medal ribbons & complete with copy service papers.
