Robert Charles Affleck was born in Peckham 27-4-98 & enlisted into the Royal Navy in 1909. During WW1 he served onboard HMS.Magnificent, HMS Wildfire, HMS Osprey & HMS Blenheim along with service at a number of shore bases. He had three short spells in the cells for his misconduct & finally took his discharge in 1921.
