George.F.Fox was a long serving member of the 9th battalion of the Liverpool Regiment. He was awarded his Territorial Force Efficiency Medal 1-7-1911 & continued to serve with the battalion during WW1. He transferred to the Machine Gun Corps with service number 148929 prior to the end of the war. But all of the medals in the group are correctly named to the Liverpool Regiment as they should be.
