Charles William Foggo was born 12-10-1898 and served with the Royal Fusiliers in WW1 before transferring to the Labour Corps with service number 649293. He enlisted in to the Merchant Navy in WW2 & all medals in the group are confirmed on the relevant medal rolls. He was born in West Derby, Liverpool & died in Denbigshire, Wales in 1976.
