David MacGeorge Roxbey was both born & enlisted in Edinburgh. He first landed on Gallipoli 14-6-1915 serving with the 7th battalion of the Scottish Rifles and sadly went on to die of wounds on Gallipoli 12-7-1915. He has no known grave but is commemorated on the Helles memorial & the CWGC state that he was the late brother of Brother of Miss Christina Leslie Roxbey, of 208, Allison St., Crosshill, Glasgow.
