Douglas.A.B.Lindsay was killed in action in France & Flanders 25-9-1915 on the first day of the battle of Loos. He was serving with the 10th battalion at the time of his death & is commemorated on the Loos memorial. He is recorded by the CWGC as the late 20 year old son of Mr & Mrs J.B.Lindsay of Dowanhill, Glasgow.
The scroll is yellowed with age & has been cut down to fit in a frame.
