WW1 Pair, WW2 Defence & War medals & EIIR Army Emergency Reserve Decoration with 2nd award clasp
To- CAPT.L.SMITH-MASTERS (WW1 Pair)
The recipient was commissioned in to the Royal Engineers in WW1 & served in both France & Mesopotamia. He was awarded his Army Emergency Reserve decoration & the clasp in 1954 as a Captain & Honorary Major in the Royal Corps of Signals.
The reverse of the decoration & the clasp are both officially dated 1954 & the recipient has had the following extra details engraved on the reverse.

The first four medals are swing mounted as worn & GVF or better & the AER decoration is mint in the original case of issue.
