Robert Blair Martin was born 14-5-1911 and enlisted in to the Scots Guards 1-7-1940 he served with the 3rd tank battalion of the Scots Guards in North West Europe 1944-1945 and was discharged 22-2-1946.
Complete with the recipients Class A soldiers release book, original green compressed card dog tag, record of service card, 3rd tank battalion dinner menu dated November 1944 & the recipients 2nd army thanks giving service program from the end of hostilities in North West Europe.
NEF & a scarce confirmed 3rd tank battalion group.
