A tragic family group to three brothers from Royston, Hertfordshire.

Arthur George Pigg was K.I.A at Messines Ridge 7-6-1917 serving with B battalion of the Tank Corps.
2) WW1 Pair
To- 5771 / 372861.PTE.E.J.PIGG.8-LOND.R
Ernest John Pigg was K.I.A F&F 30-10-1917 serving with the 8th battalion of the London Regiment / Post office Rifles.
3) British War Medal
To- 50503.T-SJT.R.A.PIGG.SUFFOLK.R
Reginald.A.Pigg.served with the 5th battalion of the Suffolk regiment and is entitled to the WW1 Pair.
all three recipients were the sons of John & Agnes Pigg of Royston, Hertfordshire. The two fatal casualties are pictured & written up in the Royston war memorial book (Copy of the book included with the medals)
