To- CAPT.W.R.OLLIS.
William.Robert.Ollis was commissioned in to the 5th battalion of the North Staffordshire regiment in January 1918 & first landed in France 2-4-1918. He was awarded the Military Cross for services in France in the London gazette 3-6-1919 & applied for the issue of his campaign medals in 1921 whilst living at 112 the high street, Burton on Trent.
