Mint cased unnamed WW1 Military Cross (MC) & 1914-15 Trio with M.I.D Oakleaves

George Geoffrey Zeigler was born in Birkenhead, Cheshire1893 & commissioned in to the 13th service battalion of the Royal Fusiliers on the outbreak of WW1 & first landed in France 17-11-1915. He was M.I.D for services in France in the London gazette 27-12-1918 & awarded the Military Cross also for services in France in the London gazette 8-3-1919 with the following citation
For marked gallantry & good work during the operations near Ghissignies on the 24th October 1918. He led his company forward over a distance of some four thousand yards, his right flank being completely unprotected & captured the village of Ghissignies. He then, under heavy fire, consolidated & maintained his position for 48 hours. Over 100 prisoners, twenty machine guns were captured & many of the enemy killed.
He went on to serve with the 20th battalion prior to his discharge at the wars end.
The MC is mint cased & the trio is GVF or better.
