William Moncrieff was born on Shetland 1895 & served with the Mercantile Marine in WW1. He applied for the issue of his campaign medals in August 1938 whilst still living on Shetland.
Complete with the original authority to wear document & the board of trade forwarding letter for the medals. Along with a copy of the recipients WW1 medal card.0
