Horace Edwin Rogers was a resident of Rugeley, Staffordshire & served with the 7th service battalion of the North Staffordshire regiment. He was awarded the immediate M.S.M in the London gazette 3-3-1919 for services in Mesopotamia & is also entitled to the WW1 Pair. This battalion went on to serve in South Russia.
