Alexander Sinclair was born in Biggar, Lanarkshire & enlisted in Glasgow. He first landed in France 19-12-14 serving with the 2nd battalion of the Cameron Highlanders & was sadly killed in action in France & Flanders 5-2-1915. He has no known grave but is commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial at Ypres.
