George Frank Crouch was born in Sydenham, Kent & enlisted in Croydon, Surrey. He was killed in action in France & Flanders 22-11-1917 serving with the 116th Siege battery of the Royal Garrison Artillery. He was 21 years of age at the time of his death and is buried in Nine Elms British cemetery. The CWGC state that he was the late son of John William & Emma Crouch of 32 Bradford Road, Sydenham, Kent.
