William Kneen first landed in France 9-6-1915 serving with the 2nd battalion of the Royal Dublin Fusiliers. He went on to transfer to the Machine Gun Corps with service number 160076 & finished his war as a L-CPL. He was awarded his 1935 Jubilee for services with the Isle of Man constabulary. He can be found in a number of newspaper articles available online as a detective inspector with the Isle of Man constabulary & is also probably entitled to the WW2 Defence medal.
