Frank Walters was born in Radford, Nottinghamshire & enlisted in Nottingham. He first landed in theatre of war 3 Egypt 26-4-1915 & sadly died at sea 27-5-1918 whilst onboard the Leasowe castle when it was sunk by the German U-Boat UB-51. He has no known grave other than the sea is as such he is commemorated on the Chatby memorial in Egypt with his new service number of 280169.
