Albert Victor Heslop was born 13-1-1900 & was a resident of Baildon, near Shipley, Bradford, Yorks.
He was commissioned in to the R.A.F on its formation in April 1918 & became a pilot with no-4 squadron. He was sadly killed in action in France 9-11-1918 just two days before the armistice & is buried in Y farm military cemetery at Bois-Grenier.
His observer Lieutenant Reginald William lane of the Hampshire regiment was also KIA.
