Fred Grundy enlisted enlisted in to Royal Garrison Artillery 19-2-1914 & served overseas during WW1 with the 147th siege battery & was a victim of gas poisoning 11-1-1918. He was discharged with a silver war badge 12-4-1919 but went on to reenlist post WW1 & was awarded his LS&GC in army order 104 of 1934 & this was followed by the award of both the 1935 Silver jubilee medal & the 1937 Coronation medal where he is shown on the rolls as a master gunner.
Lightly polished GVF or better & mounted as worn. A less than common combination of awards.
