WW1 1914-15 Trio with original silver war badge & sterling silver ID disc.

Phillip George Eckersall from Darley Dale, Matlock, Derbyshire first arrived in France 18-12-1915 serving with the 4/8th Middlesex regiment. He was attached to the tunnelling companies of the Royal Engineers & was twice wounded. He was discharged with a silver war badge due to wounds in 1919 & when he applied for the issue of his campaign medals later the same year. He gave his address as The Abbey, Darley Dale, Derbyshire.
The sterling silver ID disc states he was 4/8th Middlesex regiment but was serving with the tunnelling companies of the Royal Engineers.
