Edwin.T.Symmons enlisted in to the 20th Blackheath & Woolwich battalion of the London regiment 23-7-1917 & after his initial service overseas he was transferred to the Labour Corps with service numbrt 629793.He was discharged with a silver war badge due to sickness 21-1-1919 & at some stage also served with the 53rd training reserve battalion.
The medals are mint boxed with the original full length silk medal ribbons & the silver war badge is in its original numbered box of issue. Complete with three pairs of original named & numbered dog tags. The recipient applied for the issue of his campaign medals whilst living at 4 Broadlinton road, Old Town, Clapham.
