Thomas Donoghue first landed in France 12-10-1914 serving with the 4th Labour Coy of the A.S.C with service number SS-2503. He went on to transfer to the Royal marine labour unit with service number 9818 & is entitled to the 1914 star trio. The 1914 star was issued by the army with his ASC details & his pair with issued by the admiralty with his RM details.
