William Dinham Wiltshire enlisted 13-1-1855 & served in both Mauritius & the East Indies. He was awarded his LS&GC in 1873 & took his discharge in 1877.
This is his sole medal entitlement & SGT Instructor of Musketry is a less than common rank.
NEF & Complete with basic service details. The first two figures of the recipients service number are obscured by the suspension claw. Which is hardly surprising as the recipients details fill the entire rim of the medal.
