WW1 Victory Medal
To- LIEUT.B.BERRY.
Bernard Berry originally enlisted as an other rank with the 15th battalion of the London Regiment but never served overseas in that capacity. He was commissioned in to the 6th battalion of the Cheshire Regiment & first arrived in France 29-4-1918. He was sadly killed in action in France & Flanders 6-6-1918 & is buried in Chambrecy British Cemetery. His widow applied for the issue of his medals whilst living in Lowestoft.
