To- 2-LIEUT.H.P.V.BARKER.
Harry Percival Victor Barker was commissioned in to the 9th service battalion of the Somerset Light Infantry in 1915 & first arrived in France 11-6-1916 attached to the 2nd battalion. He applied for the issue of his medals in 1924 giving a home address in Harrow. The 1937 Coronation medal was issued to him as an inspector in the Special Constabulary & on the 1939 register he is assistant manager in a photographic goods store living in Harrow & still serving as a member of the Special Constabulary.
