4455629.Joseph Norman Robinson was killed in action at El Alamein in North Africa 2-11-1942 age 30. He was serving with the 6th battalion of the Durham Light Infantry at the time of his death & is buried in the El Alamein war cemetery. He is recorded by the CWGC as the late son of Joseph Robert & Florence Marian Robinson of Barnard Castle, County Durham & the late husband of Marian Robinson also of Barnard castle.
The medals are EF/MINT & are housed in the original waxed paper packets. The condolence slip is clean & neatly folded in to quarters as to fit in the box of issue. The next of kins address has sadly been removed from the box of issue.
