Walter Harold Cole served with the Royal Scots in Palestine during the Arab revolt of 1936-39 & was awarded his LS&GC in army order 189 of 1941. He applied for the issue of his campaign medals in 1950 whilst living in Hampshire & stated that the last unit that he served with was the A.C.C.
