Nigel William Francis Baynes served with the Gloucester Regiment during the Boer War & first landed in France with the Regiment 14-8-1914. He was wounded in France 21-12-1914 & sadly died of wounds in France & Flanders 20-3-1915. He was born in Newton Abbott 21-3-1878 & is buried in Marlow St. Peters Roman Catholic cemetery.
GVF/EF. The QSA is mounted as worn & housed in a spinks fitted case along with the miniature & the Trio is EF or better. Complete with details from the bond of sacrifice along with other basic biographical research details.
