Harry Crawford from Darnall, Sheffield, first landed in France 31-8-1914 serving with the 2nd battalion of the Duke of Wellington's West Riding Regiment & was wounded in France 23-10-1914. He continued to serve and was finally discharged in 1918.
The recipients entitlement to the August to November 1914 clasp is confirmed on his MIC. However the clasps is a slide on period tailors copy.
