WW1 Military Medal (MM) & Pair

Harold Taylor from Bury was awarded the Military Medal (MM) for services in France in the London gazette 17-6-1919 & sadly died of wounds in France & Flanders 12-10-1918. He was serving with the 20th service battalion / 5th Manchester pals at the time of his death & was 24 years of age. He is buried in Roisel Communal cemetery extension & is recorded by the CWGC as the late son of Thomas & Louisa Taylor of 29 Salford Street, Chesham, Bury.
