Robert Ivor Davies was born in Brynhyeryd, Swansea & enlisted in Swansea. He first landed in France 19-7-1915 & sadly died of wounds 5-10-1915. He was 19 years of age at his death & is buried in Longuenesse (St.Omer) souvenir cemetery & is recorded by the CWGC as the late son of Robert & Rachel Davies of 82 Llangyfelach Road, Brynhyfryd, Swansea.
