William Emeral Lewarne was born in Bodain, Cornwall 14-5-1878 & enlisted in to the Royal Navy as a boy 14-5-1186. He served onboard HMS Blonde During the Sierra Leone campaign 1898-99 & was commissioned as a Naval Gunner in 1915.
He was placed on the retired list in 1928 & this is his full & compete medal entitlement.
