George Henry Kettle enlisted 19-3-1913 and first landed in France with the B.E.F 11-8-1914.He was discharged with a silver war badge due to sickness 6-3-1919 & was serving with the 5th battalion at the time of his discharge. He is entitled to the August to November clasp for the ribbon of the 1914 star. This is confirmed on both the medal roll & MIC but the clasp is missing from the medal.
